Pricing

Jessica Boland reserves the right to change any price at which they offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained in our catalogue or in a quote to you. I shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfil orders at old or erroneous prices.

Cancelation Policy

I know there can be surprises during pregnancy and that things don’t always go to plan. Below provides general details of Jessica Boland’s cancellation policy for Calmbirth classes and online classes.

However, each cancellation request will be considered on a case-by-case basis and I encourage you to contact me as soon as you’re able if you think you may need to cancel or make other arrangements. Especially in relation to the COVID screening - please contact Jessica Boland if there are any changes prior to you attending a class or session.

Cancellations made at least four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled class will be refunded the full class cost minus a $150 administration fee to cover the cost of finding a replacement couple to fill the cancelled place [or a place held for the next available session in lieu of refund if possible].

Cancellations made less than four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled class may be refunded the full class cost less $150, only if a replacement couple is found to attend in the same place.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

In the event that Jessica Boland is unable to continue with a scheduled class date, she will work with couples registered for that class to reschedule or provide a refund to couples that are unable to attend a rescheduled or alternative class.

Jessica Boland provides a confirmation email when couples register for a class and a reminder email prior to the session. These emails include the location of the class, whether in person or online, and any other relevant details, such as start and finish times. If Jessica Boland has not been given an indication that you have received these details, it will be followed up by telephone. It is however up to the couple to remember the dates of any classes they have booked to attend and contact Jessica Boland by telephone or email if there are any concerns.

Jessica Boland will endeavour to find a replacement for the class. The balance withheld covers credit card, bank and administration charges incurred with cancellation and re advertising the couples place in the class. The money will be reimbursed via an internet deposit to the cancelled couples bank account. Please take every care to attend to the course on the day you are booked in. We respect difficult circumstances and will extend kindness and assistance wherever possible to enable you to attend.

Jessica Boland is a caring and reasonable person who is always fair, honest and just in their business dealings. She does expect this to be reciprocated by the attendees of her courses.

Depending upon the circumstances surrounding the need to cancel or reschedule, it is expected that individuals take the responsibility and accountability to appropriately communicate to Calmbirth Pty Ltd to make alternate arrangements.

COVID-19 Policy

Covid Plan for Face-to-Face Courses 2022

Mask wearing

Educators and attendees alike may be required to wear face masks in accordance with the current health orders in their local area.

A Participant must not attend a Face-to-face course if:

● Are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as a temperature, cough, sore throat, running nose, difficulty breathing, changes to taste and smell, or diarrhoea

● Living is a household with a person who is currently isolating

● They are awaiting a COVID test result

Please note that Jessica Boland has the right to turn away any attendee who appears to be symptomatic. An alternative arrangement will be made for the participant/s to attend a ZOOM course or reschedule to a later date if time allows.

If Jessica Boland falls under the above restrictions, they will contact attendees and make alternative arrangements.

Venue’s

Calmbirth courses are subject to the COVID requirements of the venue. In some cases, this may include vaccination requirements.

All attendees will be required to check into the venue using their state endorsed app, on each day of their course.

Face to face courses will move to ZOOM if any lock down health order is implemented or if Jessica Boland and/or Calmbirth believes there is sufficient risk of COVID transmission to the attendees in a particular area.

All courses are subject to Jessica Boland’s cancellation policy regardless of how the course proceeds. Pregnant people are vulnerable to COVID infection, and for this reason Jessica Boland will do whatever we need to, to ensure the health and safety of her pregnant couples.
